Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Beeto.biz platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Edge Shore Technologies LLC ("Edge Shore", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Beeto.biz is a business-intelligence platform that collects publicly available signals about companies, enriches them with AI-generated summaries, and organizes them into workspace-scoped CRM records, reports, and notifications.

2. Accounts & workspaces

• You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for keeping credentials confidential.
• Each workspace is a separate tenant. Workspace admins control membership, roles (Admin, Member, Viewer) and data within their workspace.
• You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent security or rate limits of the Service.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, or malicious content.
• Use the Service to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement.

4. Customer data & ownership

You retain ownership of data you or your workspace members submit ("Customer Data"). You grant Edge Shore a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with sub-processors and third-party APIs (for example authentication, database, email delivery, AI inference, and web crawling providers). Your use of these features is also subject to the respective third-party terms. A current list of sub-processors is available in the DPA.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses large language models to generate summaries, scores, and reports. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be treated as legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or acting upon it.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. Edge Shore may change pricing on 30 days' notice effective at the next renewal.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your workspace. Upon termination, Customer Data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Shore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Shore's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
